Neck pain can be a significant source of discomfort for many patients. The source of neck pain in the cervical (neck) region may be multi-factorial and relate to muscle, nerve, bone, joint, arthritic or disk problems.  Patients may experience discomfort in the head, neck, and upper back area or radiating down the arms and possibly to the hands.
