Shingo M. Yano earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree at the University of Chicago, appearing on the Deans List. He received his Medical Degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago. His Internship was completed at Illinois Masonic Medical Center, Chicago, and his Residency in Anesthesiology was completed at  Washington University in St. Louis.

Dr. Yano has completed his Fellowship in Pain Medicine at the prestigious
Cleveland Clinic. He is board certified and is an active member in: North
American Neuromodulation Society, the American Academy of Pain Medicine,
Interventional Association for the Study of Pain, American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine, Interventional Spine Intervention Society, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, American Society of Anesthesiologists and the American Medical Association.
